Delivery & Order Fulfilment

  • Your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days, subject to courier availability and your location's serviceability.
  • We partner with reliable logistics providers such as Delhivery (or our designated courier partner). Kindly verify in advance whether your area is serviceable by contacting our support team or checking the relevant details on our website (trustindocommerce.com).
  • In the event that your location is non-serviceable for home delivery, the parcel will be available for self-collection at the nearest courier office/agency.

Product Inspection & Unboxing Requirements

  • To facilitate smooth processing of any replacement requests, we kindly request that you record a complete unboxing video upon receipt of your order.
  • Please commence recording before opening the parcel and ensure the video captures the entire unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
  • If any damage, defect, or discrepancy is observed, please clearly note and demonstrate it in the video for prompt assessment.

Replacement Policy

  • We offer a replacement-only policy (no refunds) for products found to be damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • Replacement eligibility is strictly limited to 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • A valid, continuous, and uncut unboxing video is mandatory to support any replacement claim. Requests without proper video documentation will, regrettably, not be considered.
  • Physical damage identified at the time of delivery may be eligible for replacement or warranty consideration as per the product's terms (please note that no separate warranty or guarantee is extended on products unless explicitly stated).
  • Online purchases are not eligible for collection, exchange, or service at our offline store.

Additional Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • Once an order is placed via our website or associated platforms, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or altered. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.

  • Should you encounter any concerns or require assistance after delivery, please reach out to our customer support team exclusively via email within 5 days of receipt. All queries and claims must be directed through this channel for efficient resolution.
